Taping

For select conditions taping may be included as part of your physiotherapy session.

Sports taping can be used to support and protect the injured body preventing further damage.

Therapeutic taping can:

• help correct movement abnormalities
• support and brace injured parts of the body
• prevent excessive movement of a segment or joint
• encourage muscle activity
• improve postural awareness
